Return & Exchange Policy


Customers have 30 days from the time of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund.  Items after this period will be denied for returns unless part of a warranty or exchange.  Items must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable) and uninstalled.

General returns are CUSTOMER-paid; we do not provide pre-paid labels. General returns include late courier delivery, customers selecting the wrong parts, customers selecting the wrong sizing, exchanges, or no longer wanting the parts. Payment for the parts will be refunded upon delivery of parts minus original shipping fees.

If you feel you have purchased the wrong part or need assistance with fitment, please contact us with the year, model, and engine size of the machine and we can help in completing an exchange and finding the right product. or 905-901-5500


If the product is damaged in transit, or the product is delivered damaged, please contact us at as these are typically processed as a warranty. Pictures will be needed and a case with BRP or the appropriate courier will be opened. Approved warranty pieces will be replaced at no shipping cost to the customers. Most products have a 1-year limited warranty, excluding oil. Delivery issues will need to be reported immediately to qualify for approval and replacement of items. A prepaid shipping label will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

For more complicated warranties, please allow 24 to 72 hours for us to get a response from BRP after the case has been submitted.


-Please return products in unopened and unused condition in the original packaging.
-Please return apparel with the tags on and unworn.
-Electrical components are non-returnable if attempted to install or opened
-Installed products are non-returnable

Please ship it back with your order number or original paperwork.

Returns not meeting these criteria that are opened, damaged, or attempted to install will be subject up to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Wrong products sent back that are not the customer's part number will void the return.

Once your item is delivered to us and inspected, please allow 2-3 business for the funds to be returned to the original method of payment.
