WARRANTY TERMS FROM BRP ON BRP PRODUCTS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. BRP DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION. 

Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) warrants its BRP-branded parts, accessories and apparel sold directly to original end-user purchasers through its online store (a “Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (the "Warranty Period"). Such limited warranty is conditional upon the end-user’s compliance with BRP’s published guidelines which include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, operator’s guides, user manuals and service communications associated with or provided with a Product. This limited warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from normal wear and tear and is subject to further conditions and exclusions. 

Limitation of Liability

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY GIVEN AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIFE OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY. INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS IDENTIFIED ABOVE; AS A RESULT, THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Neither a distributor, nor any authorized BRP dealer, nor any other person has been authorized to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty regarding the Products, and if made these shall not be enforceable against BRP.

Property of Returned Products

All items replaced under this limited warranty become the property of BRP.

Remedies

BRP’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at BRP’s sole discretion, (1) to repair or replace the Products founds defective under the conditions described herein, or (2) to refund the price paid, provided that the Product is returned to BRP following the instructions provided or otherwise handled as directed by BRP.

BRP reserves the right to improve or modify Products from time to time without assuming any obligation to modify a Product previously manufactured.

Changes to the Limited Warranty

BRP reserves the right to modify this limited warranty at any time, it being understood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions applicable to the Products sold while this warranty is in effect.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your Product within its warranty period, our Customer Service team is ready to assist you. To initiate a warranty contact us via email at estore@energypowersports.ca directly for further assistance. 

WARRANTY TERMS ON AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS

Please contact us directly with photos and a description of the issues and we will contact the suppliers directly to process your warranty. Please allow us up to 48 hours to hear back from the suppliers with a resolution. A pre-paid return label will be provided for the defective part and a new part will be issued as a replacement. If the supplier does not require the item back, the part will be required to be disposed of.
