Shipping Policy
At Energy Powersports, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Below we have outlined our shipping policies to ensure our customers receive the best service.
1. Shipping Locations
We proudly offer shipping all across Canadian provinces and all 3 territories. Whether you’re in the heart of a bustling city or in a more remote location, we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable and prompt delivery, we use a variety of trusted shipping carriers, including but not limited to: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and Canpar. We will select the most suitable carrier based on your location, the size of your order, and the delivery timeframe.
Packages over a certain value (e.g. $275+ from February to October and $200+ from November to January during the holiday season for added protection) are shipped with a “signature required” to protect customer packages from fraud and ensure packages are delivered to the correct customer. Larger packages and sometimes smaller packages with Canada Post may need to be picked up at the post office and a notice card left on your door or mailbox. We are unable to ship large items to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address for large items.
PLEASE NOTE: Northwest Territories and Nunavut orders can only go with Canada Post so larger/ heavy bulky items cannot be shipped to the territories or remote areas.
3. Shipping Times & Handling/Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days if your order is in stock, but please allow extra time during busy periods or holidays. If there is an issue with your order or the product becomes unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. All PO Box items can only be shipped with Canada Post. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
· Southern Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, and Prince Edward Island: [1-4] business days
· Nothern Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, and Newfoundland: [3-9] busines days
· Northwest Territories and Nunavut: [10-16] business days
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped so you can monitor its journey.
Note: Canada Post Parcels may be in your mailbox, please check your tracking number for verification.
If you wish to use express shipping, please contact us at estore@energypowersports.ca with your order number or order details of your order and when you need it for. There may be an additional fee for faster shipping.
4. Shipping Restrictions
While we ship to most locations across Canada, we reserve the right to cancel shipments if an order is too large for standard shipping or if the destination is in an area that is deemed too remote for reliable delivery. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Tracking Information
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or goes missing, please contact us at estore@energypowersports.ca as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier’s actions once the package is in transit.
If your package is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is shipped.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders that are in transit cannot be cancelled. For orders still available, please contact us.
9. Shipping Hours
E-commerce is open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5pm. Orders placed before 1pm that are in stock, will be shipped out the same day. Order placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday will be processed on Mondays (Tuesdays after long weekends).
