Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COMPANIES

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, GLS/Dicom, and Canpar, depending on the location and address of the customer. Local shipments are set for 2-3 days once shipped. We ship to all provinces and territories. Large shipments may be canceled due to shipping costs depending on the region.

Parcels worth over a certain amount come as "signature required" to protect customer parcels from fraud and ensure that packages are delivered properly. Larger parcels may require post office pick up depending on the region. We are unable to ship large items to PO Boxes so please provide a street address for larger items.

Canada Post Parcels may be located in your mailbox, please check your tracking number for verification.

If a customer requires express shipping, please contact us for arrangements. 

AVAILABILITY

We ship Monday to Friday by 4 PM daily. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday. 

If a package is damaged, please contact us to start a claim with the courier. 

Operating Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

In-store pick-up is available on all open days and at no charge at Energy Powersports 879 Cranberry Court, Oakville, ON, L6L6J7

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturdays 8:30am-4pm
