Mercury Marine High Performance Gear Lube with Hand Pump - 8M0222068

High-performance gear lube and pump kit 8M0222068 is for use on all Mercury and Mariner outboards and MerCruiser sterndrives. The pump to gear case fitting does not fit outboards with the 3/8"-16 drain hole screw. An adapter for that is available. High-performance gear lube 8M0222056 is for use in all Mercury and Mariner outboards and MerCruiser sterndrives above 75hp. Can also be used in non-Mercury/Mariner/MerCruiser marine gear cases. Can be used in lower horsepower gear cases but is not essential. High-performance gear lube delivers superior lubrication to higher horsepower engines and drives requiring greater lubricity. Provides maximum protection against excessive wear, even in presence of water inside the gear case. Prevents corrosion and pitting of gears and gear case parts.
