The Quicksilver Extended Life Coolant Anti-Freeze Premixed 50/50, 1 Gallon, 8M0234351 (formerly 877770Q1) is a genuine Quicksilver high-quality extended life coolant for closed cooling systems. It is one of the best coolants for MerCruiser closed cooling sterndrive and inboard engines because it delivers 5-year / 1,000-hour protection and comes pre-diluted, ready to pour.

This genuine Quicksilver premixed coolant anti-freeze provides extended life protection for closed cooling systems. The 5-year, 1,000-hour formula is ethylene glycol based and pre-diluted 50/50 with de-ionized water. It is silicate and phosphate free, will not cause gelling, and protects all cooling system metals, including aluminum. It provides freeze protection down to -34°F (-36°C) and boiling protection up to 265°F (130°C) with a 15 PSI pressure cap. It is also compatible with DEX-COOL® and conventional anti-freeze, but dilution with conventional anti-freeze will reduce the extended life benefits.
