Custom tie-down strap for fast tire installation or removal. Rear Pre-Runner Bumper required for installation. Not compatible with LinQ Pivoting Rack, cargo boxes (except LinQ 20 Gal (73L) Deluxe Modular Bag) and Lonestar Racing roofs.
